The P.T.A functions as an advisory body to assist the management in the school improvement programmes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);font-size:25px\"><strong>PARENTAL CO-OPERATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\">To run an educational institution efficiently, parental co-operation is very essential.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\"><strong>Parents please note the following :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There are no office transactions between 12:45 to 1:30 pm Therefore, during these hours no parents are allowed to be in the School campus.<\/li>\n<li>In compliance with rules of the CISCE, a student who does not secure pass mark in all the subjects in Class IX will not be promoted to Class X.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);font-size:25px\"><strong>CODE OF DISCIPLINE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The School day begins with an assembly at 8:40 am, the students must be on time for the assembly<\/li>\n<li>Those who come late require an admit slip from the Principal or the Vice Principal.<\/li>\n<li>Habitual late-comers are not allowed to attend classes, or meet other sanctions given by authorities.<\/li>\n<li>During the school day, if a student needs to leave the school campus, she \/ he must get a written permission from the principal and class teacher<\/li>\n<li>No student is allowed to leave school premises unless accompanied by parent \/ guardian.<\/li>\n<li>Punctuality and regular attendance are required of every student.<\/li>\n<li>She \/ he should abide by the holidays granted by the school and not prolong vacations and holidays without any urgent need.<\/li>\n<li>Attendance on the opening day and closing day of every term \/ long vacation is compulsory.<\/li>\n<li>Mobile phones are strictly prohibited in the school for students.<\/li>\n<li>It will be confiscated if any student is found to carry one in the school premises.<\/li>\n<li>The confiscated items shall not be returned.<\/li>\n<li>Students are prohibited from bringing Cameras, CDs, Slam Books, Novels, Picture Magazines, Toys, Comics, Video, Audio Tapes Cosmetics, change of clothes or shoes without specific permission from the class teacher<\/li>\n<li>Care should be taken for school property.<\/li>\n<li>Students are expected to pay for all the damages they cause to school property.<\/li>\n<li>In order to preserve simplicity and uniformity among students, wearing bindhi, mehandi and jewellery are not permitted.<\/li>\n<li>Avoid wearing expensive earrings and coloured glass frames to school.<\/li>\n<li>These will be confiscated and handed over to the parents.<\/li>\n<li>A pair of simple earrings, preferably studs may be worn.
