RUNA RAY, from California, an exceptionally talented resource person for raising awareness on peacemaking.<\/p>\n<p>The main objective of this activity was to encourage the students to become agents of peace as we believe that promoting peace requires a multifaceted approach. Educating our young generation to focus on a safe environment by living in harmony with each other in our school, weaim to elicit, enhance, and deepen the thought in the mind of our <strong><em>\u2018young peacemakers\u2019<\/em><\/strong> that \u2018if we want to establish peace in our world, we shall have it start with ourselves first\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Excited with the theme of <strong>PEACE FLAG MAKING,<\/strong> our students beautifully drew, painted, sketched colourful posters with slogans inscribed on.\u00a0 It was a remarkable piece of display. Every student depicted their own idea to share what they really understand by peace and how they can contribute in promoting it. We in our school support this great mission of promoting peace by empowering our students through such enlightening activities.
